The manufacturer must provide warranty
The protection is realized, first, in the obligation for the manufacturer to obtain a bank guarantee or insurance to guarantee the final amount paid by the purchaser before the purchase of the property.

Unfortunately the standard is not widely known by consumers and not applied by the manufacturers, many of whom were unaware of the existence of an obligation of guarantee or explicitly refuse to give you fulfillment.
In some cases manufacturers require purchasers statements, illegal, of cancellation of the guarantee, or offer the buyer can negotiate a lower price for the property giving the guaranty.
